crispy potato rosti, creamed onions and red wine jus.
14:45 - Jean-Marie Vaireaux (Out of the Blue) - Hake fillet in
citrus papillotte, beurre blanc, saffron pilau rice
15:30 - Mark Murphy (Global Village) - John Dory on crushed new
potatoes, cauliflower purée and tarragon valouté
16:15 - Mary Sheehan - Cooks from her vegetarian cookbook,
"Coming Home to Cook"
