The Great Dingle/Daingean Uí Chúis Bake Off

The theme for this year’s baking competition is the delicious and delectable Pavlova. It is a meringue with a crisp crust, soft and light inside and topped with your favourite fruits and whipped cream.

This is Dingle’s premier baking competition for girls and boys, so join us in  Dick Mack’s Yard from 11.30 onwards and cheer on the bakers for the judging of the competition. You may even get to eat some pav! Yum!

How the event works:  Once registered to take part in the bake off, all interested parties are asked to bake their Pavlova. Selections must be baked by the entrant and brought to Dingle for judging on Sunday 7th of October at 11.30am.

Judging shall be carried out by a panel of our award winning chefs from Dingle. The event shall take place in Dick Mack’s Yard where the creations shall be displayed and judged. The competition results shall be announced at12.30 pm on Sunday 7th October.

Entry fee is €2.00 per baker and all proceeds shall go towards the cost of running the event.
