Beginning his culinary career in Dingle at 15, Peter has since gone on to work in a variety of areas in hospitality sector from 5 Star Hotels to Michelin starred restaurants. “Pastry has always been my preferred section in a kitchen, the endless creative possibilities for producing unique, attractive and flavorful desserts keeps everyday interesting. You never stop learning.”
