Join us at AIB Dingle for an afternoon of talks, demos, and activities all centered around sustainability, food, and community. Everyone is welcome!
12:00 – 12:30 | Ardor Eco – John O’Keeffe
John O’Keeffe will give a presentation on his fully sustainable, eco-friendly, 100% green cleaning product Ardor Eco. This product is ideal for hospitality or any business looking to embrace sustainable cleaning solutions. John will also have a stall outside the branch where you can purchase his products on the day.
12:30 – 1:00 | FoodCloud
Eimear Delahunty, Head of Community Engagement with FoodCloud, will deliver an engaging presentation about the amazing work FoodCloud do, their impact, and their partnership with AIB.
1:00 – 2:00 | AIB Food Sustainability Guide
John O’Keeffe will give a presentation on his fully sustainable, eco-friendly, 100% green cleaning product Ardor Eco. They will share insights on sustainability in agri, food, and fisheries. The session will include a Q&A and open panel discussion where the audience is invited to take part.
2:00 – 3:00 | Dingle Hub
Deirdre de Bhailís, Manager of Dingle Hub, will present on current and upcoming sustainability projects. Visitors are welcome to join, ask questions, and explore ways to get involved in local initiatives.
3:00 – 4:00 | MTU Food Courses & Spider Crab Demo
TJ O’Connor from MTU will showcase their food courses and run a live cooking demonstration on preparing spider crab. This event is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about food education and discover innovative ways to use underutilised local seafood.
4:00 – 5:00 | Ealu’s Foods – Chocolate Painting Demo
Ealu’s Foods will host a fun and creative chocolate painting demonstration inside the branch. A delicious and inspiring way to finish the afternoon!
Extras on the Day
AIB Homes Team will be available outside in the AIB-branded gazebo to discuss Green Mortgages.
AIB Business Advisors will also be on-site to talk about Green Business Loans.
